We don’t offer meal plans, we simply coach the individual to eat accordingly to their goals in way that they can sustain for a period long enough to see a behaviour change and a better relationship with food.

If your goal is to lose fat then your focus should always be to eat as much as you can in a sustainable deficit.

If your goal is to boss your workouts harder then your focus should be eating as much as YOU NEED to make sure you limit the chances of getting that inevitable dip mid session or mid run.

Ultimately your aesthetic goals will come as a byproduct of you pushing your lifts harder in the gym but that’s a conversation you keep avoiding because you’re hungry all the time.

Food is fuel, whatever way you look at it.

Although it’s easier said than done trying to change your mindset towards something that’s been embedded in you for so long, the quicker you start seeing food as something that’s gonna help you ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS and not something that should negatively impact the way you perceive yourself the less time you’ll spend stressing about it on your journey.
